Fred Schmidt, Jerry Terraforma, and Bob Meinhardt met with Anna Padilla Senior Environmental Engineer on 9/26/2018 to discuss the proposed drainage of the proposed Christen Manor development. Our concern was that the storm water drainage would be routed through Lake Blue Heron. We reviewed the topographic maps and the maps of the proposed development. Based on this review and her assurances we are satisfied that the storm water will not be routed through Lake Blue Heron. They plan to install their own storm water pond and the drainage from that pond will flow into Lake Iamonia.
